Terms and conditions

METHODS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Services must be paid in advance, either by credit card through our web payment system or by bank transfer.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
a) Cancellation by the organization
If an "Authentic Experience" is cancelled for organizational reasons (on health grounds or in the unforeseeable event of the supplier being unable to provide the activity) the Consorzio Turistico reserves the right to change the location and the provider of the activity while guaranteeing the same standard of quality.
b) Cancellation by the customer
The customer has the right to withdraw (in writing only) no later than 2 days before the provision of the service.
In this case, the Consorzio will reimburse the amount paid (withholding a € 20 handling fee) by bank transfer within 30 days. If the withdrawal is due to the customer being unable to attend on the day in question, a change in date may be agreed, subject to the availability of the provider, at no extra cost.
